FS-12440 is the long 2U ATX industrial chassis: 21.18 inches deep, seven low-profile slots, 2U power supply, two 80 mm fans, slim optical, internal 1 × 2.5" plus 2 × 3.5", and four front 3.5" hot-swap trays. Slot count and PSU form factor are why it sits apart from the Flex-ATX Baby-ATX pair.
