WQ-990 is the 9U × 900 mm Claytek Ultimate Quiet Server Cabinet — 23.62" × 24.21" × 35.43" (599.9 × 614.9 × 899.9 mm). Supported chassis depth is 30" and under; internal post-to-post is 29.2". Loading 2200 lbs. It uses sound-absorbing foam inside the cabinet (official wording: to lower dBA — no dB figure is published) plus 6 × 120 mm 120V AC fans on the rear door, a tempered glass front door with key lock, bottom cable entry, and locking casters. Official note: not compatible with Dell/HP/IBM sliding-rail servers. Compare with WG-990 if you want a vented 9U × 900 mm cabinet without the quiet package.
